We are currently in the process of becoming either a lobby or some kind of organization to pressure congress to adopt the "fill your tank and feed the world initiative."  This initiative is a 5 yr. plan to eliminate production of gasoline engines and convert all our vehicles to diesel power, followed by a conversion to a fuel made entirely from a blend of vegetable oil.  The waste byproducts from this industry are pure protein.  Food!  For the moment e-mail your congressmen.  However our immediate goal is to obtain enough money for a 1 hr. prime time presentation on network television to get the info to the public and get them motivated in the RIGHT direction.  Lets face the facts, we should have done this decades ago! Let's do it now!
